1. Please arrive on time. ( we do not open before 10am. do not arrive at 8am )

We have a strict 15-minute late cancellation policy. Arriving late results in a forfeited deposit as we cannot delay other clients.

2. Ensure all designs are confirmed before your appointment.

We do not allocate time for full redesigns on the day.

3. Please treat our artists with respect.

We work hard to create a comfortable environment we ask that you do the same.

4. If you prefer a specific artist, please mention this when booking.

We cannot guarantee their availability if it is not requested in advance.

5. Please remember that we work with multiple clients.

Be mindful and respectful of the shared studio space.

6. We do not accept walk-ins.

We operate strictly by appointment. Please do not arrive hoping to be assisted without a booking.

7. Be realistic about your tattoo goals.

Large pieces require multiple sessions good tattoos take time.

8. We do not accept same-day cancellations.

Same-day cancellations result in a forfeited deposit, as the slot could have been given to another client.

9. If you have any questions or concerns, please communicate with us.

We are here to help, but we cannot read your mind.
